Shawn has over 26 years of experience in the environmental and construction industry. His extensive certifications and licenses in this area position him as one of this industries leader. With his management expertise and leadership abilities Shawn maintains overall day-to-day operations and decision making of SBE. His primary responsibilities include maintaining existing business relationships, growth and development of new business, marketing and research, and contract review, negotiations, and approval.

Jerome Brown
Project Executive

Jerome has over 20 years of experience including 12 years of experience in providing Information Technology solutions, project management, and consulting services to the Public Health Sector of state, and municipal government agencies. By working directly with customer representatives, he maintains open communication regarding project activities, challenges, schedules, and costs. As Project Executive for SBE, Jerome can draw upon the extensive resources of SBE as well as a network of prequalified subcontractors in order to form the best project specific teams, ultimately responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project.

Beinville Brooks
Senior Project Manager

Beinville has over 14 years of experience in environmental related projects. His extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager has allowed him to acquire a strong blend of managerial and hands-on experience. Mr. Brooks is a licensed consultant in Asbestos, Lead, Mold and hazardous materials. He provides quality environmental services to clients using state-of-the-art technology. He is a professional dedicated to excellence in service and quality. In his experience he has supervised hundreds of projects from residential to commercial and multi-phased renovation projects.
